Knowfuss Editorial Policy

Policy Outline

KnowFuss is an independent analytical publication. This editorial policy outlines how topics are selected, how analysis is conducted, and how accuracy, updates, and corrections are handled.

Topic Selection

Topics published on KnowFuss are selected based on their long-term relevance and explanatory value, not short-term visibility or trending interest.

We prioritize questions that:

  • Materially affect how artificial intelligence systems are adopted, priced, or sustained in practice
  • Recur across multiple organizations, markets, or deployments
  • Are underexplored, poorly framed, or oversimplified in mainstream coverage

Rather than reacting to individual announcements or news events, we focus on patterns, structural drivers, and systemic outcomes. A topic may be informed by recent developments, but it must address a broader and durable question to be considered for publication.

Analysis vs. Reporting

KnowFuss primarily publishes analysis, not real-time reporting.

  • Analysis focuses on explaining why outcomes occur, how incentives and constraints shape behavior, and what underlying factors influence long-term results.
  • Reporting, when present, is limited to providing factual context necessary to support analysis. We do not aim to be a breaking news outlet.

This distinction allows our articles to remain relevant beyond short news cycles and avoids speculative or premature conclusions.

Source Usage and Evidence

All analysis is grounded in publicly observable information and verifiable sources, which may include:

  • Primary documentation (technical papers, regulatory filings, pricing disclosures)
  • Direct statements from organizations or operators
  • Reputable third-party reporting and research
  • Aggregated observations across multiple deployments or cases

Sources are used to support reasoning, not to substitute for it. We avoid relying on single-source claims or promotional materials without corroboration.

Accuracy and Review Standards

Accuracy is a core editorial requirement.

Before publication, articles are reviewed to ensure that:

  • factual claims are supported by reliable sources
  • causal relationships are clearly distinguished from interpretation
  • uncertainty is acknowledged where evidence is incomplete

We avoid definitive claims where the available information does not justify them, and we clearly separate observed behavior from inference or judgment.

Updates and Corrections

KnowFuss treats published articles as living analytical documents.

  • Articles may be updated to reflect new information, clarified understanding, or material changes in the underlying systems being analyzed.
  • Substantive updates are made transparently and are intended to improve accuracy or explanatory quality.
  • If a factual error is identified, it is corrected promptly.

We encourage readers to report errors or omissions so they can be reviewed and addressed.

Independence and Disclosure

KnowFuss operates independently.

  • We do not publish sponsored content, paid placements, or promotional reviews.
  • We do not accept compensation in exchange for coverage or favorable analysis.
  • Editorial decisions are made without influence from vendors, investors, or external stakeholders.

This independence is essential to maintaining trust and analytical integrity.

Editorial Responsibility

All content published on KnowFuss reflects editorial judgment and accountability. Our goal is not to persuade readers toward specific products or decisions, but to clarify complex systems and trade-offs so readers can form their own informed conclusions.
